9ft Allied Billiards Sovereign Snooker Table

Made in Accrington England, circa 1980's. Actual table pictured above.

Made form solid mahogany.

Very sturdy six leg design.
5 piece 1.5" inch Itialian slate bed.

Standard, solid mahogany cushions.

Ideal room size for unobtructed game play using 54" size snooker cues 18ft x 13.5ft.

This table was aquired from a private residence as seen above. It has been owned from new, been very well looked after and had little use.

The table woodwork is in very god condition and is now stored in its component parts in our workshop awaiting refurbishment.

However..
All outward facing woodwork to be stripped to bare wood. Any imperfections repaired and the complete table re-polished back to its original state. This table can be finished as factory finish in the picture above or to a darker mahogany during refurbishment if required.

New natural hide pocket leathers cotton nets and ballrunners to be fitted. Cushions and bed to be recovered in Hainsworth Smart English wool napped cloth.

2 x Snooker cues, cross rest, spider rest, rest hangers,
set of Aramith snooker balls, triangle, matching solid mahogany scoreboard and chalk.

Professionally delivered and installed by one of the country's top installers "Sovereign Snooker Services".

Groundfloor delivery and installation is included in the price to e.g... North London, North/Mid Wales, Birmingham, Glasgow, Edinburgh.

According to our experienced table fitters ( All time served with apprenticeships at Riley Snooker when the manufacturing base was here in Accrington and Padiham)
Hainsworth Smart and Strachan 6811 are very similar giving a hard wearing 5 - 7 yrs use.
This is the cloth that you will find in most of the snooker halls and clubs the World over.

Strachan Tournament & Hainsworth Match lasts around 12 months. This is the type of cloth you would find on a snooker hall or club match table.

Strachan Match and Hainsworth Precision lasts only a matter of weeks! This type of cloth is what you would find in professional tournaments.
