| Excellent pictures and description of route. I came by this site via Singletrack magazine. I am a member of Worsthorne MBC Burnley, we did the loop the other way round in November for charity. Really hard work, 10 hours in the saddle, look forward to doing it again in better weather perhaps with more daylight and less rain. Hope this site encourages more Mtbers to give the loop a try. I am sure it will. |

Really glad you liked it Philip, Its a good excuse to do it for charity.
Hope you made lots of dosh.
"see you out there sometime."

Dear Ian,
Thanks for this great site on the Mary Towneley loop - the best i've found so far and some great shots of the views and riding on the circuit. Me and 5 other lads are coming up from London in late Feb to do the Loop (I was born in Rochdale), and I hope I can lean on you for a little info closer to the time,
Thanks again Ian
